While we don't have a formal return and refund policy, since every case is different, we generally follow these rules:

If we make a mistake, or the product is defective, we'll replace and/or reship the replacement at our cost. If you have any other inquiries, concerns etc - please reach out and we will resolve the issue as best as we can and as fast as we can.
