While we don't have a formal return and refund policy, since every case is different, we generally follow these rules:

• If we make a mistake, or the product is defective, we'll replace and/or reship the replacement at our cost.

• Any other inquiries, concerns etc - please reach out and we will resolve the issue as best as we can, as fast as we can.

• Shipping and packing is free of charge Australia wide for all orders over $75.00. 

• Allow up to 7 - 10 business days for delivery

• Artwork is unframed and will be shipped in a tube.
